Atelier Omsydd has just been launched on Instagram at atelieromsydd. I will be dropping pieces for sale or just for viewing every now and then. Omsydd features:
- edgy kimonos, jackets and cardigans
- re-sewn pieces made out of old textiles
- one-of-a-kind designs
As a preview, here are three statement pieces inspired by Tove Jansson's fantasy world. This mini-collection of cardigans was made using blankets and shawls by the Finnish companies Finlayson and Lasessor. Complementing the core material I've used various other repurposed fabrics.
